The client’s brief called for a residence with highly polarized spaces—one dedicated to introspection, ideal for study and reading, and another focused on social activities, such as barbecues and gatherings, while also accommodating a specific number of rooms and an outdoor parking area.

A unique feature of Casa Introspectiva is its tall exterior wall, which provides protection from the noise of the nearby festivities, giving the house an austere appearance from the outside. This two-level structure is carefully crafted to maximize both interior and exterior spaces, ensuring that the home offers a tranquil retreat despite its lively surroundings. The design masterfully balances privacy with social engagement, creating a harmonious environment tailored to the client’s diverse needs.
